We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site if misuse is detected.

  • Accuracy of Information

We endeavour to ensure that all information on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

 

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders and Payments

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. 

 

Prices are displayed in SGD, MYR, or THB, depending on the selected destination, and may include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

By submitting an order, you represent that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized. Any fraudulent activity may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Singapore law.

 

Risk of loss and title to the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Contract Formation

All contracts for the purchase of products through the Site shall be deemed to be formed and concluded in Singapore, regardless of the customer’s place of residence or delivery location.

  • Electronic Transactions

By using the Site and placing orders, you consent to the use of electronic records and communications. You agree that any order placed electronically constitutes a legally binding agreement and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. You waive any objection to the validity of electronic contracts.

 

  1. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discounts, and offers are subject to specific terms and conditions as communicated at the time of the promotion. The Site operates on a cross-border basis. Products may be fulfilled from warehouses located outside your country of residence, including our fulfilment and return centre in Malaysia.

 

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping fees and delivery options are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for complying with all import and customs requirements of the destination country.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers shall bear the cost of return shipping, and all returns must be sent to our designated return facility in Malaysia. 

 

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

Additional statutory consumer rights may apply depending on the customer’s country of residence, as described in Schedule A (Country-Specific Consumer Rights).

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Leonian Singapore Pte. Ltd.

 

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content may constitute an infringement under applicable intellectual property laws.

 

  1. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and complete. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. You shall not impersonate any other person or provide false information.

 

You must not use the Site in violation of any applicable laws, including Singapore law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leonian Singapore Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of products.

 

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 

 

Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

 

  1. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, governmental actions, war, strikes, pandemics, or technological failures.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Schedule A – Country-Specific Consumer Rights

 

Singapore

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 of Singapore.

 

Malaysia

For customers in Malaysia, statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 shall apply where applicable. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any non-excludable consumer rights under Malaysian law.

 

Thailand

For customers in Thailand, mandatory consumer protection laws of Thailand may apply to the extent they cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of the Website Terms & Conditions of Leonian Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and should be read together with those Terms.

 

  1. Shipping Coverage

We currently accept orders and deliver products to the following countries:

  • Singapore
  • Malaysia
  • Thailand

Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may be subject to additional charges, extended delivery times, or special arrangements. We reserve the right to decline delivery to locations where shipping is not commercially feasible or legally permitted.

 

  1. Cross-Border Fulfilment

Our website operates on a cross-border basis.

 

All orders are fulfilled from our designated fulfilment and return facility located in Malaysia, regardless of the customer’s country of residence.

 

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that your order involves cross-border shipping and may be subject to customs clearance and import requirements of the destination country.

 

  1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after order confirmation.

 

Order processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details (where available).

 

Order processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

  1. Shipping Fees and Charges

 

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order size or weight.

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.
  • Any such charges shall be borne by the customer.

 

All displayed shipping fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

 

  1. Delivery Timeframes

 

Deliveries are dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

 

Estimated delivery timeframes provided at checkout or in shipment notifications are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • customs clearance processes;
  • courier or carrier delays;
  • weather conditions;
  • inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

 

We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

 

  1. Customs, Duties, and Import Compliance

 

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • complying with all import laws and regulations of the destination country;
  • providing accurate and complete delivery and customs information; and
  • paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.

 

We shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, or non-delivery resulting from customs clearance issues or regulatory actions.

 

  1. Risk of Loss and Delivery

 

Risk of loss and title to the products pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

Proof of delivery recorded by the carrier shall constitute evidence of delivery.

 

  1. Missed or Failed Deliveries

 

If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to the customer (including absence, incorrect address, or failure to collect the parcel), the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

 

Additional delivery or handling charges arising from failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

 

  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt (or expected receipt) by contacting hrlysea-cs@hurleysea.com.

 

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

 

All claims are subject to verification and assessment, and remedies (if any) will be determined at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

 

  1. Shipping Delays and Force Majeure

 

While we take reasonable steps to meet estimated delivery timelines, we shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • pandemics;
  • governmental actions;
  • strikes or labour disruptions; or
  • courier or logistics service interruptions.
  1. Changes to This Policy

 

We reserve the right to amend this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website or acceptance of delivery after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.




Returns & Exchange Policy

 

This Return & Exchange Policy forms part of the Website Terms & Conditions of Leonian Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and should be read together with those Terms.

 

  1. General Policy

 

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with this Policy and subject to applicable law.

 

Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or similar reasons.

 

  1. Return and Exchange Window

 

Subject to the conditions below:

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
  • We allow one (1) exchange per item within the return window.

 

Requests submitted outside the specified timeframe may be rejected.

 

  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

 

To be eligible for return or exchange, products must:

  • be unused, unworn (other than for reasonable fitting), and unwashed;
  • be in their original condition;
  • have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact; and
  • not be damaged, altered, or soiled.

 

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.



  1. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

 

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items are final and non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

 

  • products purchased during sale, promotion, clearance, or closeout;
  • products marked as “final sale”;
  • used or worn products (except in cases of manufacturing defects); and
  • products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

 

  1. Refunds

 

Refunds are not offered, except where required by applicable law (for example, where a product is defective or not as described).

 

Where a refund is approved as required by law:

  • refunds will be issued using the original payment method, where possible; and
  • shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

 

  1. Exchange Options

 

Where an exchange is approved:

  • exchanges may be made for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to availability; or
  • exchanges for a different product of equal or higher value may be permitted, with the customer paying any price difference.

 

No cash refunds will be provided for exchanges involving lower-value products.

 

  1. Return Request Procedure

 

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Email hurleysea-cs@hurleysea.com within the return window, stating your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 3 business days. Additional information or photographs may be requested for assessment.
  3. Do not send any items back without prior written approval. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the designated return address.

 

  1. Return Shipping and Address

 

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • customers are responsible for all return shipping costs;
  • customers bear the risk of loss during return shipping; and
  • we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

All approved returns and exchanges must be shipped to our designated return facility located in Malaysia, as specified in the return approval instructions.

 

  1. Processing Time

 

Exchanges are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our return facility.

 

Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to operational constraints.

 

Once the exchange is processed, a shipment confirmation email will be sent, where applicable.

 

  1. Incorrect or Defective Items

 

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect:

  • you must notify us within 7 days of receipt;
  • we may request supporting photographs or information; and
  • subject to verification, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.



  1. Cross-Border Considerations

 

All returns and exchanges involve cross-border logistics. Customs clearance, import requirements, and delays may apply.

 

We shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from customs procedures or regulatory actions in the destination or return country.

 

  1. Final Decision

 

All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits are made at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
